Royalties:
When the NFT is resold on supported marketplaces, a creator royalty fee may automatically be applied to each secondary sale, as defined in the NFT smart contract and marketplace settings.
All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with the creator. Purchasing the NFT transfers ownership of the token, not the copyright to the artwork, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
