Content Verification: Buyer purchases a digital file for download only.
Usage Rights: For personal use; no commercial use; no monetization.
File Format: File in JPG format.
Usage Instructions: You can order an artistic canvas from a print shop.
Also, possible to print on clothing and other items. All for personal use only.
Refund Policy: Each case will be reviewed individually.

Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between you and Shpolanski Roman for all orders and purchases made through our online shop.
Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order, you agree to purchase the ordered products. A contract is only formed when we confirm your order.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Payment is made online. We retain ownership of the delivered products until full payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the email address provided by you. The download link for your digital product will be available immediately after purchase.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content (Photo Files)
- According to § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download process has started.
- By purchasing and downloading a digital file, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal.
- If you choose not to proceed with the immediate download, your access will only be granted after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

- A technical error occurred, making the purchase inaccessible.

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify and assess the situation. Refunds will not be issued if the product was successfully downloaded and used as intended.

Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive:
- A download link on the confirmation page.
- A confirmation email that includes a download link.
If you do not receive access to your product:
- Check your email's spam or promotions folder.
- Ensure that your payment was successfully processed.
