We would like to inform you about the specific conditions regarding the right of withdrawal when purchasing digital content, such as photo files, digital artwork, or posters:

  1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

    • According to § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content if:
      a. You have expressly agreed to the immediate execution of the contract.
      b. You have acknowledged that by giving this consent, you forfeit your right of withdrawal as soon as the digital content (e.g., photo files or digital posters) is downloaded.
    • This means once the download has started, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

    Note: If you do not agree to immediate access, the digital content will only be provided after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

  2. Requesting Refunds
    While digital products are generally non-refundable, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe there has been an issue with your purchase (e.g., technical problems or errors), please contact us at pictureswaren@web.de. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure customer satisfaction.

Refunds

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If applicable, and you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the purchase date, provided you have not yet downloaded the digital product.

To exercise this right:

  • The digital product must not have been accessed or downloaded.
  • You must contact us to initiate the process.
